Glendale Townhomes offers 2- and 3-bedroom Townhomes as well as one-bedroom apartments. SHORT TERM LEASES FOR THE WINTER MONTHS! Townhomes offer three levels of living space; this includes a private basement with a finished side for more common living area! Basements also have washer dryer sets and lots of storage space. Our townhomes have private entrances, with a front door leading to one of our three courtyards. Exit the back door where your car is just a few steps away, it's never a walk down a long hallway to reach a exit. Some locations offer a back yard as well, and all with patio area. Our town homes offer large windows on both front, and back, making it bright and well ventilated, just like a house. And you will never have neighbors above or below you, so we tend to be quieter than apartment communities. Our Townhomes have custom built kitchens, allowing for full size Dish washers and built in microwaves. Also, large single sinks, solid surface countertops, large cabinets with adjustable shelving and soft close doors and drawers. Our extra pantry area adds almost 15 feet of shelving as well. Our Location allows easy access to all of Madison, with quick travel North and South on Stoughton Road, with the Belt line about a mile away, you have easy access to the interstate, downtown and even the west side. and these roads are always well plowed in the winter.
