Dogs, Cats, and Fish Allowed

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Wolf-dog Hybrid, all Mastiff breeds, and American Staffordshire Terrier. Also, no mixed breed involving one or more of the aforementioned restricted breeds or no animals, including a dog of any breed, with a bite history or vicious tendencies. No poisonous animals or exotic animals of any kind of allowed. Fish, reptiles and small caged animals are considered in the count max of 2 per household but are exempt from pet fees and pet rent.
