It also has a full basement with washer/dryer hookups and a single-car garage plus more on and off-street parking. It is centrally located in a quiet Onalaska neighborhood at 426 4th Ave No, unit #1. It is near schools and walking trails. It also has a good size yard. No pets allowed in this unit. Please don't ask. This will be available on April 1st. Must sign a lease through June 30, 2026. Rent is $800 per month plus utilities and sec. dep. is $900. Rent must be paid online with a bank account or credit card. There is no fee for using a bank account. I will be holding an open house this Saturday Feb. 8th from 10 - noon only. You don't need to ask if this is still available. It won't be rented until after the open house.
