The second bedroom (wood trim) is a bit smaller (10' x 8') and offers an upright closet and built-in dresser. This room would work well for a small child, home office, or creative space. The apartment includes a nice airing porch, shared basement storage, off-street parking for up to two cars, and a peaceful downstairs neighbor. Water/disposal/recycling, and lawn care are included with rent. Tenants pay for gas, electric, and handle snow/ice removal from their private walkway.
