Our community welcomes 2 pets per apartment home. A $200 pet fee, non-refundable, is required for each dog or cat. Pet rent is $30 per month. Max weight limit of 100 pounds per pet, and breed restrictions apply. Also, no mixed breed involving one or more of the aforementioned restricted breeds or no animals, including a dog of any breed, with a bite history or vicious tendencies. No poisonous animals or exotic animals of any kind of allowed. Fish, reptiles and small caged animals are considered
