Bear River Apartments

For a 1-year contract, the total amount due each month is $575.00; the security deposit is $575.00. We do have short time options $575.00 + : • +$25.00/month for 9 months • +$50.00/month for 6 months • +$75.00/month for 3 months Included in the rent is: Water, Gas, Sewage, Garbage, and access to our Onsite Gym. This unit is on the southside of building 3, on the 1st floor. This unit is pet friendly. The pet deposit is $350.00, and pet rent is an additional $50.00 per month ($150.00 of the pet deposit (per pet) is non-refundable). Electricity (through Rocky Mountain Power) and your renters insurance are the only things you need to pay for on your own.
