The borders of West Sugar Creek include David Cox Road to the north, West Sugar Creek Road and Christenbury Road at the east, then Gibbon Road and the curve of Old Statesville Road around the south and west.

David Cox Road Elementary School is at the northern boundary of this neighborhood. The area between David Cox Road and West W. T.
