I am looking for someone(female) to SUBLEASE MY ROOM AT THE PROVINCE APARTMENTS ASAP because I will be moving out of town. The apartment is for college students in the area. It is a 5-MINUTE WALK FROM UNCG; and is a walking distance from local restaurants, retail stores, and markets, as well. I live in a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 other girls. My room has its own bathroom and comes with a bed, nightstand, desk, chair, and a dresser. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED in the lease except for parking. You have to pay a $50 one time fee and will get a sticker for parking since it's residential parking... only. There is specific visitor parking next to my building. The apartment has a balcony and is very spacious. The Province staff are very helpful and friendly as well. THE SUBLEASE PROCESS WILL BE DONE THROUGH The Province Apartments.
