- Restrictions: We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept up to three pets per apartment as long as no more than two are dogs and with a 90 combined pound weight limit. The pet fee for one pet is $250 and $400 for two pets. The pet rent is $15 per month per pet. We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit B.
