Whitehall is a neighborhood located in Greensboro, North Carolina, part of Guilford County. The neighborhood is bordered on the western side by Lake Jeanette Road, and the neighborhood incorporates Mansfield Circle, Bellinghaus Lane, Scotridge, and Whitedale Points. The area is residential with single-family homes, condos/townhouses, and apartments.

Lake Jeanette is located just north of the Whitehall neighborhood. The lake has a surface area of 272 acres and was built in 1942. Also nearby is the Brandt Lake, an 816-acre reservoir originally built in 1925. The lake was named after a former Greensboro mayor, Leon Brandt, who served from 1907 to 1908. The most popular activities at Brandt Lake are kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Largemouth bass, pan fish, crappie, and catfish are frequently caught. Row boats, canoes, and kayaks are available for rental, and there are also launch ramps available for private water craft.

Nearby is the Greensboro Country Park. Established in 1934, the park is recognized as a National Historic Landmark. The history of the land dates back to the Battle of the Guilford Courthouse during the Revolutionary War. The park features the “Bark Park,” an off-leash dog park, and two lakes for fishing— Greensboro County Park Lake Five A and Lake Five B. There are numerous hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, picnic shelters, and the Guilford County Veteran’s Memorial. The park also offers many educational programs. The Guilford Courthouse National Military Park is located in the park. There is a visitor center, which offers exhibits and information on the park and the 1781 battle. Visitors can take either the walking tour or the automobile tour. Besides its historical relevance, the park is also home to many wildflowers, birds, reptiles, and other animals.
