Along with large chain stores, these shopping plazas offer a variety of restaurants—from popular chains to hometown favorites.

Deauville is one of a handful of neighborhoods located in the 27614 zip code of Wake County. Less than two miles to the southwest of Deauville are Wakefield Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. North Forest Pines Elementary is situated less than a mile to the south of the community. Nestled between Wakefield Commons and Wakefield Crossing is the Living Arts College @ School of Communication Arts.
